- Que le réseau électrique utilisé lors de l’utilisation de ce type d’appareil dispose bien d’une « mise à la terre »
- Que la ligne électrique sur laquelle vous branchez le poste à souder est commandé par un fusible dont l’ampérage est en adéquation avec celui indiqué sur la plaque signalétique du poste ou celui indiqué sur la notice du fournisseur.

Ceci est la phase finale de tout le processus, nécessaire pour rendre à un acier sa propriété inoxydable.
Ceci permet de dépolluer la surface de l’acier inoxydable contaminée après différentes phases de travail et ainsi de régénérer la couche d’oxyde donnant à l’acier inoxydable ses propriétés.
En fait, cette phase de travail recréé la couche de chrome endommagée par la chaleur, tout en réduisant le temps d’oxydation spontanée.
Par ce biais, la couche d’oxyde qui protège des agents externes est reconstituée.
Comment utiliser RESTORINOX ?
Tout d’abord, dégraissez et décapez la partie à traiter avec les produits spécifiques CLEANOX et PICKLINOX. Appliquez alors le produit.
Les temps de pause varieront de 20 à 60 minutes.
A la fin du traitement rincer le produit à l’eau. Ne pas exposer le produit ou la surface traitée au soleil ou à n’importe quel agent atmosphérique

Le décapage est l'opération qui permet d'éliminer tous les oxydes à près le soudage, en enlevant la surface appauvrie à la suite du traitement thermique. C'est l'étape la plus importante du processus de traitement. Il faut tenir compte du fait qu'un cordon de soudure est une surface ayant été chauffée perdent généralement leur propriété inoxydable. Pour ces raisons, l'opération de décapage ne signifie pas seulement nettoyer les cordons de soudure mais consiste surtout à rendre à l'acier inoxydable ses caractéristiques.
Comment Utiliser Picklinox pâte ?
Dégraisser la surface à traiter avec le produit spécifique CLEANOX. Appliquez alors une couche de pâte. Rincer à l'eau après une durée variable selon la nuance d'acier inoxydable et le type de soudage ( jusqu'à 30 minutes). Ne pas exposer le produit ou la surface traitée au soleil ou à n'importe quel agent atmosphérique.
